THE DUCT 

This design aims to reveal typically hidden industrial elements to bring out a new spatial charm. By boldly incorporating rectangular ducts, the space evokes the feel of rooftop mechanical and equipment rooms, with the ducts forming the structure of furniture such as tables, benches, and counters. The texture of galvanized zinc, with its coldness and light-reflecting depth, accentuates the industrial atmosphere. The hard metal ducts snake through the entire space, creating soft movements despite their rigidity. The glossy surface of the ducts blends functionality with a sense of luxury, adding dynamic movement throughout the space while reinforcing the overall unity of the design.Using rectangular ducts, the space is designed to evoke rooftop mechanical and equipment rooms, with furniture like tables, benches, and counters constructed from them. The cold texture of galvanized zinc and its light reflection emphasize the industrial atmosphere, while the hard metal ducts wind through the space, creating soft, fluid shapes. By transforming industrial components into furniture, the design achieves a unique and distinctive look.

通常隠される工業的な要素をあえて露出させることで、新たな空間の魅力を引き出すことが出来た。角ダクトを大胆に使用して、屋上の機械室や設備室をイメージした空間を作り、テーブルやベンチ、カウンターといった家具を構成した。亜鉛メッキの質感が持つ冷たさと光の反射が、工業的な雰囲気を強調し、硬質な金属ダクトが空間全体を巡りながら、柔らかい動きを演出した。メッキ加工されたダクトの光沢が、機能性と高級感を兼ね備え、空間全体にダイナミックな動きを与えつつ、デザインの一体感を強調している。　角ダクトを使って、屋上の機械室や設備室をイメージした空間を作り、テーブルやベンチ、カウンターを構成した。亜鉛メッキの冷たい質感と光の反射が工業的な雰囲気を強調し、硬い金属ダクトが空間全体を巡りながら、柔らかい形で動きを作り出している。工業部品を家具にすることで、ユニークなデザインを実現している。

보통 숨기는 공업적 요소들을 과감하게 드러내어 새로운 공간의 매력을 끌어내는 것을 목표로 했다.설비덕트를 대담하게 사용해 옥상의 기계실과 설비실을 떠올리게 하는 공간을 연출하고, 테이블, 벤치, 카운터 등 가구를 구성했다.아연도금의 차가운 질감과 빛 반사가 공업적인 분위기를 더욱 강조하며, 단단한 금속 덕트가 공간 전체를 유연하게 휘돌며 움직이는 느낌을 준다. 덕트 표면의 광택은 기능성과 고급스러움을 동시에 갖추며, 공간 전체에 역동적인 움직임을 더하고 디자인의 일체감을 강조하고 있다.각형 덕트를 사용해 옥상의 기계실과 설비실을 연상시키는 공간을 만들고, 테이블, 벤치, 카운터 같은 가구를 구성했다. 아연도금의 차가운 질감과 빛 반사가 공업적인 분위기를 강조하며, 단단한 금속 덕트가 공간 전체를 부드럽게 휘감으며 유연한 형태를 만들어낸다. 공업 부품을 가구로 변형함으로써 독특하고 개성 있는 디자인을 완성했다.
